I booked this hotel primarily for the family room option since I was traveling with my wife and father-in-law. While the staff were polite and the beds fairly comfortable, the overall experience fell flat. The location near Kota station comes with loud train horns that made relaxing impossible. The shower setup was absurd, flooding the bathroom despite our efforts to manage the water. The Wi-Fi was nearly useless, logging me out constantly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.
